Dudhsagar Falls

Found in Sonaulim in Goa, the picturesque Dudhsagar Falls (named as so because it apparently resembled the texture and looks of milk) is a 4-stream waterfall that can easily be reached either by trekking or safari jeep. Travelers may hike around the jungles in the area and find refuge in the many pools located at the base of the waterfalls. Aguada Fort

Overlooking the Arabian Sea is the Aguada Fort, a Portugese fort that also has an aged lighthouse beside the fortress. The location offers spectacular views of the waters around it, and if you’re lucky, you might even get to see some dolphins swimming! Built in 1864, the fortress is named one of the oldest of its kind in Asia and also has a freshwater spring inside that was used as a water supply to the passing ships.

Dona Paula Beach

This quiet beach was named after a romantic heroine in prominent Potuguese folklore. Set in the middle of an old fishing village, Dona Paula Beach was the shoot location of a handful of Bollywood films made in the past. This tranquil coast also allows tourists to do water activities such as boating or jet skiing!

Chapora Fort

Chapora Fort is a majestic waterfront fortress overlooking the Chapora River. Its construction was helmed by Muslim ruler Adil Shah. The best times to visit the place is either during the sunrise or the sunset, where the light reflects on the fort in a way that is breathtaking to look at! A number of films were shot in Chapora Fort as well.

Se Cathedral

What makes Goa a tourist spot is its rich history with Portuguese influence, and Se Cathedral is one of structures built in the colonial times. Located in Velha (Old Goa), the cathedral is one of the Latin Rite Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Goa and is part of the most important churches in the state. Make sure to follow the proper dress code so you can enter this beautiful location! Nearby is the Basilica of Bom Jesus, where you can see the remains of St. Francis Xavier.

Baga Beach

Another beach for partygoers is Baga Beach, recognized for its happening nightlife. The beach is filled with clubs and pubs that are great to dance in as well as tasty seafood restaurants located by the shore. Colva Beach
