We stayed just opp where the shuttle stops at Collins Hotel, and the transfer adds to ease our transfer from and to the airport. Will surely use the shuttle service again on our next travel to Melbourne. Bus is clean, theres a place to store luggage. Ride was smooth and easy with advance tickets purchased via Klook. All in all, will definitely check Klook for future trip planning.

The scenery is so beautiful! It is recommended that you can go around after dinner recently, because the sunset time in Melbourne in summer is about 8:30, and you have to wait a long time to go early. It’s okay to go by around 7:30, and you can see Melbourne during the day, sunset, and Melbourne with lights at night.

The redemption process is very smooth, i received the confirmation and invoice right after booking on Klook Received a phone call and text from travel agent to confirm again. The ferry is very fun activity, you load your car and walk around for photos or a quick drink. The whole trip take around 40 minutes in total. Great experience and recommend for a weekend getaway!

Difficulty looking for parking so go early. Very good experience as trains are replaced by electric trains etc. A lot of photo opportunities. There was nothing to do at lakeside so we quickly hop onto a departing return train (good idea at that time but we had to squeeze in with the others). Overall a good experience.

It was a wonderful and rewarding experience for the kids and they were amazed by the beautiful scenery. Like an airplane passenger and taking some pictures. The cabin inside is spacious and comfortable. The time was right with the sunset, making you contemplate the moments of the sunset. There was a good arrangement in terms of entry as well as exit. Thank you.

Enjoyed the activity. Booked for 4, including a kid. Was told that he was too young, and he could not participate. As such. there was additional corresponding with Klook and the operator to see if a refund could be done. Took a while, but operator and Klook customer service was trying their best. Managed to get a refund a couple of days later. Activity itself was fun! We enjoyed it a lot
