When will I receive my booking confirmation?
This depends on the policy of your activity.
- For activities with instant confirmation: You will receive your booking confirmation email within 5 minutes of making your booking.
- For activities without instant confirmation: You will receive your booking confirmation within 24-48 hours of making your booking. Check the package details > Confirmation section of your booking/activity page for the booking confirmation time for your activity.

How do I use my KlookCash?
If you have at least 100 KlookCash in your account, you will be able to use your KlookCash on your booking check out page.
Under the "Discounts" section, tick the checkbox that says "KlookCash" to apply your KlookCash as a discount on the current price of your booking.
Please note that KlookCash can't be used when buying certain products including but not limited to Klook Passes, e-Gift Cards, Travel Insurances, Stay+ packages and selected events (including but not limited to certain concerts, music festivals, carnivals, exhibitions, sports and marathons), as specified by Klook from time to time in its discretion.
How do reviews on Klook work?
Reviews are a great way to help other people thinking of booking the same activity. We offer KlookCash when you leave reviews for certain activities.: You can earn 20 KlookCash when you write more than 100 characters (more than 40 characters for Chinese). You can earn 30 more KlookCash when you upload 3 or more photos.
How to review an activity:
Website
Click on your "Account" icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen. Click "Reviews". Choose the activity you'd like to review. Write your review and attach any photos you'd like of your experience. Submit your review.
App Tap on your "Account" icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen. Select "Reviews". Choose the activity you'd like to review. Write your review and attach any photos you'd like of your experience. Submit your review.
You can leave a review only within one month after taking part in the activity. You can earn KlookCash for only the first 10 activities you review each month. In addition, you will not receive KlookCash for reviews of the following types of activities: Free bookings Booked again within 30 days after taking part in the previous one Bookings with a total value of below US$5.
Can I book an activity on behalf of someone else?
Yes. Just be sure to provide their details when finalizing your booking details to make a booking on behalf of your family and friends.
Do note that some Klook vouchers are non-transferrable and can only be used by the person whose details are indicated on the voucher. As such, please make sure that you've keyed in the correct guest details when making your booking.
How can I cancel/refund my booking?
Check your activity's cancellation policy.
- If your activity offers free cancellation:
You can cancel the booking yourself within the cancellation period stated on your booking by following these steps:
- Click on your profile picture in the top right hand corner of the screen.
- Go to the Bookings page
- Find the booking you want to cancel and select "Apply for refund"
- Select refund reason, quantity and then select "Next"
You will then receive an email confirming that your order has been cancelled. You cannot use your previous voucher to participate in this activity.
- If your activity has a conditional cancellation: policy
- Please check the cancellation policy listed on the Activity Page or your voucher on your Bookings page
- If your booking fulfils the stated conditions, get in touch with Klook's Customer Support for help in cancelling your booking.
- If your activity has a no cancellation policy
- No cancellation/refunds will be provided for this activity. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Notes:
No refunds will be provided after you have successfully completed your booking/activity.
