What is the Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival 2025?
The Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival is held in Hokkaido's Lake Shikotsu every year. It showcases gorgeous colourful illuminated ice sculptures along with other activities like ice skating, ice slides, fireworks, and more
Where: Lake Shikotsu, Hokkaido
When: 1 - 24 February 2025
Opening hours: 10am to 8pm (Light up from 4.30pm onwards)
Admission fee: JPY1,000 (Applicable for Junior High School Students and above), Free for Elementary School Students and below
