Most wonderful experience! Love the guides and the people surrounding and taking care of the elephants. We we're lucky to witness 2 baby elephants on the time of our visit. Would love to visit again. May the elephants stay healthy and happy together with their carers.

I joined this one-day tour and it turned out to be one of the highlights of my entire trip. From the moment we were picked up, everything was smooth and well-coordinated. The guide was not only knowledgeable but also very friendly and engaging, sharing interesting stories and facts throughout the journey. We visited several key attractions, all carefully selected and timed perfectly. There was a good balance between sightseeing, free time, and local experiences. I especially loved the stop where we got to try some traditional food—it was delicious and authentic! Transportation was comfortable and clean, and the group size was small enough to keep things personal and flexible. I also appreciated how attentive the staff were, always making sure everyone was enjoying themselves and felt safe. Overall, this tour exceeded my expectations. It’s ideal for solo travelers, couples, or even families. I left the day with great memories, beautiful photos, and a better understanding of the local culture. I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone looking for a well-organized, enjoyable way to explore the area in just one day.

Very well organised trip. My pickup from hotel was delayed by approx 30 minutes. The speedboat had some issues initially so that also started off late. But rest was all good. They provide good breakfast at the pier waiting area. The lunch was good with plenty of options (limited veg though). There was continuous supply of drinking water and soft drinks in the boat. They also provided cookies and fresh cut fruits on the boat. All points were covered as mentioned in the itinerary. The only bad part I felt here was the time given in Phi phi is really less, these was absolutely no time left to explore the island more. It should be kept as at least 2 hrs in phi phi don. Our guide Tomato (of course it is her nickname) was amazing, so we're the other crew members. Tomato professionally handled a group of loud tourists. Overall it was very good, highly recommended

We booked the tour the day before and loved the day trip. Despite the booking stating we were on the premium catamaran we actually joined a group on a speedboat but this wasn’t an issue. Our taxi was earlier than suggested meaning we cut our breakfast short but again not an issue. The minibus was limited on leg room but did the job fine. Sandy was our tour guide from Yacht Master and was very personable and informative. The islands were very busy but very enjoyable. Lunch was a buffet in a restaurant and had a good variety of foods. Monkey Island and Viking Caves were limited - we only saw 3 monkeys from our boat whilst other companies let passengers on the beach at their own risk. Viking Cave was disappointing and slightly unjustified being on the itinerary but suitable if that interests you. Overall we had a great time snorkelling and seeing all the must see parts. Great value for money and memories for a lifetime. The staff always make sure you have everything you need and offer to take pictures on your phone at every key time. Would 100% recommend! We are a family of 6 traveling in a private chartered group. We hired a Chinese tour guide, Meifeng. The vehicle was very comfortable and the driver drove very steadily. The tour guide Meifeng spoke very good Chinese, so there was no problem communicating with us. She was very responsible, attentive and enthusiastic. She also helped us communicate with the locals. She was also very happy to help our family take group photos. She also took a lot of group photos for us throughout the trip. Otherwise, if we didn’t bring a tripod, we would rarely have the opportunity to take family photos. After all, these memories are very precious!!! So I highly recommend this itinerary of Klook. If you want to hire a Chinese tour guide, Meifeng is a very nice person. We all like her very much. Next time we have the opportunity to come to Chiang Mai, we still hope to have the opportunity to hire Meifeng as a tour guide again.

started with morning land transfer follow by a briefing and some light breakfast. basically bread and biscuits. tea and coffee. we got on the boat and travel to lots of location as stated. it was a nice experience.

We explored vibrant coral reefs teeming with marine life and hiked to a stunning viewpoint with panoramic ocean views. Lunch was simple but satisfying, providing a nice break between activities. Overall, a fantastic day filled with adventure and natural beauty—highly recommended!
