perfect location for all the touristy activities including the traditional town and great restaurants. also close to a train station. room was clean and bed was very comfortable, we would stay again.

great location and we got the moss wall room which is quite spacious in Japan. Front desk is English speaking and friendly. i will consider to stay here again if I visit Kyoto

If you plan to fully enjoy Kyoto, you have to stay there at least 2 nights. Staying at Kyoto Gion Hotel is a recommended stay due to the location, and of course, the room itself with its amenities.

Very high-class feeling. Service personal very well manered ( to european standarts). Interior looks a bit used.

The address, size and comfort are very good, the price is very cheap, it's just a few minutes away from Sanjo Station, there is also a spa and laundry room in the hotel

It's just up from the subway station. The room is quite big, clean and quiet. You can eat and go shopping within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again when we go to Kyoto!

The staff is very friendly. The toilet and bathtub are separate. There are many attractions nearby, including Kiyomizu Temple. I highly recommend this hotel.
