the salon is easy to locate. just inside Myeongdong. I arrived earlier than my schedule but they didn't mind and immediately assisted me

the host didn’t speak English but she did understand English, they had a translator present for the entire session and the translator spoke perfect English. they were very through and gave great recommendations. Highly recommend!

Seamless process to check in. I accidentally arrived an hour early but they did their best to accommodate my early arrival. The foreign staff did the initial check up (took pictures of my scalp & explained the reasoning for the issues I was concerned with). The scalp care course itself was great- you get to lay in a warm bed in your private room and each step of the scalp care is explained as it is applied. There is also different massages throughout that period. If you’re sensitive like me it might hurt/tickle you, but it feels great in the end. After the treatment, it’s rinsed and you’re taken to get your hair blow dried and styled. From there they have you sit in the waiting room and give you a delicious cup of tea (available for purchase if you like) and will talk about products you may want to purchase. Overall, it was a great experience. All of the staff was friendly and days later my hair/scalp still feels great!! My issues turned out to be nothing serious other than the weather and lack of nutrients~~ I would recommend this for people who have scalp concerns.

Great experience! If you’re contemplating booking this service, I highly recommend it. It was definitely a highlight of my trip. The place was easy to find and quite close to the myeongdong station. Jay was super friendly and welcoming. She was eager to answer any of my questions and she made sure to check with me if I had any requests or concerns. She explained and went through everything with such detail and care.

Korean makeup is not cheap, but they provide private spaces for makeup, serve complimentary coffee, and the makeup and hair skills are very high. This salon is staffed by two people, so the work is done very efficiently🥹💗 I saw not only tourists, but also a few people who I thought might be Korean influencers🥹🩵

The store is very hygienic, convenient and spacious! ! The waiter is very nice, polite and highly recommended!

An informative and bespoke experience by Claire. Besides the categories of warm/cool tones and four seasons, I was able to understand how saturation and contrast played a part as well. The session started out with colour anaylsis to find out the best colour harmonies and then proceed to hair and makeup. Claire spoke excellent English and was warm and friendly. It may be the cheapest option. You get what you pay for!

It's a bit far from the subway station. I made a reservation and was quickly arranged. I did my hair and makeup based on your ideas. It took about 2 hours to complete. It was an unforgettable experience.
