I bought the ticket and got the QR code. I never thought that I could just go to the cable car ticket office to redeem it. But it turned out that I had to go down the mountain to the Klook service center to redeem the physical ticket. The business hours are only until 6pm. Fortunately, the ticket is valid until the end of next year. So I gave up this time ~ So I remind everyone to remember to exchange your tickets at the bottom of the mountain before taking the elevator up the mountain to take the cable car

Hi everyone :). The view of the city is stunning, especially after sunset. There are also a lot of entertainment in Namsam Tower: slot machines, coffee shops and restaurants, there is also a love park where you can hang a lock if you have a partner. I advise you to visit and devote 1 day to this place, walk around the park during the day, eat, play, and then closer to sunset start enjoying the view of the city.

The staff were extremely kind and made me feel very welcome throughout the entire appointment. The pictures turned out excellent and I could easily communicate with them in English.
