Highly recommend this tour especially for the price! Way cheaper than going to these places on your own. The first stop which was Arakurayama Park was beautiful though it involved quite a lot of stairs! The pagoda part involved climbing around 400 steps(?) so we did not go further up but the climb to the entrance was doable and you can see Mt. Fuji from there already. Just a heads up especially if you’re traveling with seniors (See pic 1 & 2). Oishi park was also equally beautiful, the terrain is flat and the area is smaller so it’s easier to explore. The view was also beautiful and there’s a big souvenir center. Try the ice cream on the first floor but if the line is too long, there’s a Cremia on the 2nd floor with no lines (See pic 3 & 4) Lastly Gotemba Premium Outlets was definitely worth visiting just because it’s such a big place! Some stores definitely offer big discounts while some are almost the same price as outside. You’ll need a bit of time to explore especially if you walk slowly! You can opt to join the bus trip back or take the train to Tokyo instead if you want a bit more time shopping! I’ve also noticed some tourists buy luggages and take it with them on the tour bus back to the city!

The trip was good and cost-effective. The happiest thing was seeing the maple leaves of Mount Fuji during the red leaf season. They were so beautiful. The tour guide was very nice and talkative. Overall, it was a pleasant trip.

Review for Mt. Fuji and Hakone Day Tour via Klook ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) I booked the Mt. Fuji and Hakone Day Tour through Klook, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish! What I Loved: 1. Smooth Booking Process Purchasing the tour on Klook was super easy. All the details about the itinerary, meeting points, and inclusions were clearly listed, making it simple to plan my day. 2. Well-Organized Tour The itinerary was perfectly planned, covering all the key spots like Mt. Fuji 5th Station, Lake Ashi, and the Hakone Ropeway. Each stop was timed just right—not too rushed but not overly long either. 3. Professional Guide Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and fluent in English. They shared fascinating insights about Mt. Fuji’s history and culture, which made the experience even more enjoyable. 4. Comfortable Transport The tour bus was clean, comfortable, and equipped with Wi-Fi, which was a nice touch. The driver was punctual and professional throughout the trip. 5. Scenic Views The highlight was, of course, Mt. Fuji! We were lucky to have clear weather, and the views were absolutely stunning. The cruise on Lake Ashi was serene, and the Hakone Ropeway offered breathtaking aerial views of the surrounding landscape. 6. Convenient Add-Ons The optional lunch was a great addition—delicious Japanese cuisine in a restaurant with views of Mt. Fuji. Definitely worth it! Tips for Future Travelers: • Dress warmly, especially if you’re visiting in colder months. The Mt. Fuji area can get chilly. • Bring a camera or phone with extra storage for all the amazing photo opportunities! • Arrive early at the meeting point to ensure a smooth check-in process. Overall: This tour was an incredible way to explore Mt. Fuji and Hakone in one day without the stress of planning logistics. Klook made the entire process hassle-free, and I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a memorable experience in Japan. Would I book again with Klook? Absolutely!

Because there are many foreign tourists in this group, the tour guide mainly explains in English, but will give a written Chinese version of Toshogu Shrine Guide. The meeting time and location are all explained in English. If your English is extremely difficult, it is recommended to go to a For the location, just ask the tour guide at what time and where to meet. The tour guide can speak Chinese. On the day we went, the tour guide said it had been raining for the past few days, but the weather was very sunny on the day we played. The floor on the way to Dongshoguang Palace was relatively humid because inside There was a point where you had to climb a long staircase to get to Tokugawa Ieyasu's tomb from Mianmao. It was really not suitable to walk when it rained. There were a lot of people lining up at the local hall, so I didn't go in later. It is forbidden to take pictures in this club. The color inside is dark, so you need to be careful on the stairs. There is a hidden toilet next to the sleeping cat. You need slippers to enter. It is very inconspicuous. There are no people queuing up, so you can take advantage of it. The stay time is an hour and a half. You can visit most of them, but you don’t have time to enter the Futarasan Shrine below. Overall, it’s a very good experience.
