Free shuttle from airport to Hotel, Hotel to Disneyland is big plus. The staffs are accommodating and helpful. Kudos to the supervisor on duty for helping us to set up our alipay.

The hotel has a comfortable environment. The rooms are spacious and smoke-free. There are shuttle buses to the airport, Disney and the Bund which are very convenient. The room service is also delicious.

A great activity experience. The hotel includes early admission, so I entered the park 1 hour early👍🏻 and also received a small gift bag. I will definitely go there next time I go to Shanghai!

we really love the hotel. we got good deal, and we get early pass. its even better than the premier access. we can enjoy the park while it was less crowded

Really smooth check in and out exprience. All hotel guests get to enter the park early on both check in and out days so we made good use of that. We also got to take photos with the characters roaming around the hotel.

It was the best value for money!! The staff was friendly and the place was clean, and they provided coffee and tea for free. There was a convenience store and small shops, so it was convenient~! There was a free shuttle to the airport, downtown, and Disney~!

Excellent hotel with very good service. Hotel is quite new and nicely upkeep. Will definitely stay in this hotel again if we are visiting Shanghai Disneyland.
