We had an incredible experience on our Blue Mountains adventure day tour, thanks to Karen’s exceptional skills as both a driver and guide. She managed every aspect of the day single-handedly with remarkable efficiency and an impressive eye for detail. From ensuring we stayed on schedule to sharing her in-depth knowledge about the area, Karen’s professionalism and enthusiasm truly enhanced our experience. A special highlight was the cockatoo feeding, which was an absolute hit with the kids and added a delightful touch to the day. Her thoughtful planning and care made the entire trip seamless and enjoyable. We greatly appreciate her dedication and couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Thank you, Karen, for making our trip unforgettable!

Unforgettable blue mountain trip hosted by Alfie the professional tour guide. He had well described and went into deep on background and history of every spot. Besides being professional, he is a nice, helpful and talkative guy, which helped me to understand and experience more as an overseas traveler.

Guide Pyo Min-jeong! I am touched. While other guides and travel agencies gave up and went down, you stayed until the end and captured the hearts of our group. I gained more valuable experiences from your professionalism and sincerity. If you are going to do it, please find guide Pyo Min-jeong and join us to make good memories. It was a lucky trip.

the whole trip went smoothly and the view was nice, the hiking route is not too difficult but it could be hard for someone since there are some steep stairs. The van is a little bit small so I felt a little bit crowded.
