Best service apartment that we stay so far. room is super big and nice. got a neat kitchen with accessories. our bedroom air con is not cold compare to the living room. but it is okay cause not much problem when we sleep at night which i think it slowly turn cooling at night?

Very comfortable bed, love the breakfast selection, the food is tasty. What I wish is there's disposable footwear like other hotels. I like that Mercure trying to save the environment by using glass drinking water bottles. The hotel smells nice all the time. The price is affordable too

this is my 2nd time & i’m satisfied with the experience. staff was professional & assisting. room is clean. the breakfast buffet was good. taste wise, SEDAP! Malay, chinese, & middle east menu✨cons only, parking space during weekend quite challenging.
