The driver was polite and the car was clean. we were tired from our flight from sapporo and just wanted to relax. Will not think twice booking again.

The design is fashionable and modern, using the current popular decoration style, giving people a brand new feeling. The surrounding environment and supporting facilities are also suitable for tourists to explore.

The place is clean and just enough for us. Walking distance from Ueno station, peaceful community and accomodating staff.

Since I'm traveling with toddler whom loves Ueno Park so much, we found this place very convenient having across the park.The staff here made our stay memorable and very accommodating to any questions and helped us in any way to make our trip smooth. Thank you very much to all the staff.

We booked our stay on short notice, so this was the only hotel available at a reasonable price. We spent one night in a small room that had an older smell and a hint of odor from the bathroom. While it may not be ideal, it served our needs as budget travelers in Japan. Overall, it was a functional choice for our needs, although there is certainly room for improvement in terms of room freshness and space.

the staff was very helpful. we went to the hotel earlier than check in time and left our luggages at the lobby. our luggages were transferred to our rooms when we arrived later that day: which was nice 😊the room had decent space and clean. (we were not able to get pics only vids of the room. so photos are some random snaps)
