We recently stayed at Silka Tsuen Wan in Wo Yi Hop Road and had a pleasant experience. One of the standout features of the hotel was their shuttle service, which made getting around much more convenient. The service was reliable, punctual, and a great addition for guests who want to explore the city or access key areas easily. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and spacious rooms. (Compare to other hotels in HK) The overall value for money was excellent, especially with the added convenience of the shuttle service. If I were to suggest an improvement, it would be to have a bidet. Thank you, Silka Tsuen Wan, for a wonderful stay. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others visiting Hong Kong!

I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a room type this time. The room is quite big and very clean! The location is very good and it is convenient to eat and drink around! I will stay there again next time I have the chance

The location is convenient! Near MTR, ladies market, shopping centers and lots of food. The room is small as expected, but it's clean and well-maintained. No bed bugs and they change towels everyday. The only downsides are most of the time, there's no available person in the front desk and there's no water dispenser. My favorite part is the starry night glow in the dark paint in the ceiling of the room.

Hotel Ease Access is close to the Kwai Hing station and KCC mall with food shops. We felt safe there even if we had to walk going to the hotel in the middle of the night! The staff cleans our room everyday and changed our sheets upon request. Highly recommended!

Clean. With free bread and coffee breakfast and water refill. Location is near to bus stations and MTR stations. Very commendable to families with kids and seniors.

The hotel is situated in a prime spot, with easy access to public transport, including the MTR Prince Edward station just a short walk away. The area has plenty of shops, restaurants, and local markets, making it convenient for tourists.
