I wanted to check the pick-up vehicle information the day before the event, but unfortunately it was not provided. However, after waiting for a while at the hotel entrance on the day, a vehicle with the zipline agency logo arrived, which was easy to identify. It takes about an hour to drive to the mountain. If you are prone to motion sickness, please take motion sickness pills first. Package A After the zipline and roller coaster are completed, there are about 45 minutes left to enjoy coffee cake or lunch. The time is really just right. If you join another package, it may be a bit too rushed. Zip lining is very interesting and really exciting because there are many adventurous parts that require courage. It was raining lightly that day, which made me even more nervous. The instructor was also very friendly and would make jokes.

If you participate in package A and purchase an additional roller coaster, show your voucher to the staff at the counter and they will give you additional coins for riding the roller coaster. Two people can ride the roller coaster together. It’s the most fun if you don’t slow down. Although it’s so fast that you’re afraid of overturning, it probably won’t happen haha.

The children had a great time. Remember not to wear shoes with exposed toes, sandals, etc. Otherwise, you will have to rent shoes on site.

The journey there is quite mountainous, so if you get motion sickness, you can take motion sickness medicine first. The facility is quite safe and is accompanied by staff, so you can play with confidence.

Sky bike. Coaster is great value for money, kids love it, and it's a thrilling place. There are also a variety of food options available at the restaurant... Be sure to stop by on the day you go to Monsoon or Elephant Poopoo.

Service given by staff were 5/5. Hotel transfer was prompt and clean and comfy. One of the zip line instructors picked up mandarin just from working there for 9 years (I’m sorry didn’t get his name) but he’s hilarious and made the experience very fun. The swing gave me motion sickness a little so I’ll drop that if you’re looking at Ala carte stations. Best thing there is definitely the jungle coaster! So fun! Must try! The lunch is nice but very spicy (I’m an Asian with good spice tolerance) so do request to adjust spice levels to your preference.

It's very fun. The service staff is very diligent in checking all the equipment and game facilities and explaining the precautions in detail. The only drawback is that the equipment stinks (sweat smell) 😂😂✌️
