I enjoyed staying in the Prince Hotel because the staff were very customer centric, not to mention the hotel was really clean, spacious, and elegant. It felt good to be taken care of by the hotel staff given the increasing trend of self-service hotels. Location was also very convenient as you need not go far to shop, dine and tour the harbor bay.

Staying here for the second time, I received the same attentive service. The breakfast was not much but sufficient. The front door attendant was so diligent. He even made a small gesture and rushed to help get it to the car. Thank you.

The room is clean, the staff is friendly, and there are subway and bus stops near the hotel, just a 5-minute walk away. There are a lot of large shopping malls near the hotel, which is very convenient for eating and shopping.

We stayed for 3 nights in a standard room. What a liked the most about the hotel is its location โ right in the center of TST and literally just outside the MTR TST station (L5 exit). The standard room was good and comfortable; just enough space for our things. And the room was clean, with a very small balcony and city view.
