Things to do in Santa Monica Pier

We thoroughly enjoyed the Half Day Tour and our Guide Chad was very knowledgeable, engaging and funny!! We saw and learnt about lots of different attractions and had ample time to explore at the three stops (Santa Monica Pier, The Grove / Farmers Market and Griffith Observatory)

I was able to see the main points of LA very compactly. The guide explained things kindly and the schedule was flexible, so I had a satisfactory time. If you have only one day to tour LA, I highly recommend it.

The meeting place is in Hollywood and we travel by bus from there. We can see Beverly Hills without getting out of the car. We can get out of the car and enjoy sightseeing in Santa Monica, Griffith Observatory, and the Hollywood Sign. There is not enough time to do a proper sightseeing tour of Santa Monica, so we did it on our own the day before.

I participated alone. The schedule only allowed one day for sightseeing, so I signed up for a tour, but I'm glad I did! The bus was comfortable, and there was a lot of guiding during the ride. There was also free time at Santa Monica, the market, and Griffith Observatory, and I think the time allocation was just right for someone participating alone. It was neither too long nor too short, just right! The guide was kind, and when I asked again about the meeting place and time after the free time, he explained it to me kindly and carefully. I think you'll have plenty of fun even if you participate alone. By the way, the Noodle Art at the market was delicious, so I recommend it⭐︎

The tour guide who drove the car was very cute and attentive. She explained the scenery on the street carefully. She stayed at each scenic spot for about 30-45 minutes, which was a little too short. The observatory was a place I thought I would like to visit again!

Mike has been amazing! Got to see so many sights and learned lots of trivia within 5 packed hours of the tour.
