Jenny provided a comfortable and well-organized private tour. Her communication was clear and effective in both Chinese and English. We appreciated her extra effort in helping us secure a sky capsule ticket when we couldn't get one ourselves. She was easy to get along with and made the tour enjoyable. I tried to make a reservation on the official site and purchase tickets, but I couldn't pay with any other payment method than Korean credit card, so I searched around and found Klook. The tours on other sites seemed to be more expensive than the official site, but the price on Klook was the same as the official site, and I got a small discount because I used the app for the first time. It was a bit of a hassle to buy a gift card on Klook and make a reservation on the official site separately, but it wasn't a problem.

BUSAN X the SKY, located in Haeundae LCT Landmark Tower, offers panoramic ocean and city views from the largest observatory in Korea, with attractions like X the Lounge, X the Photo, and X the Gift.

It is very cost-effective to buy itineraries or tickets on KLOOK. The order process is also very fast. You can also get credit card rewards. I will buy it again next time.

This tour gave us an unforgettable experience, if you only have one day in Busan but still want to see all its highlights you must definitely try this tour... but for us the real star of the experience was our incredible guide, Juna and the new found friends we met from this tour. Big shoutout to Juna for she was incredibly accommodating and friendly that by the end of the tour, saying goodbye to her was the hardest part:( If you're looking for an quick Busan tour, this is the way to go—especially if you’re lucky enough to have Juna as your guide :)

Amazing experience,we started with the the outdoor foot bath ,and from there to all the other Sauna’s ,yellow orcher room and the Roman room were my favourites .The hot bath felt rejuvenating..All in all it’s an experience one shouldn’t miss
