Easy to use, there are staff to provide detailed advice at the station. You can show the QR code to the staff at the train entrance for both going and returning. Trains run every 10-15 minutes, which is very convenient.

Great pass for anyone who needs help getting to and around Kawagoe. I recommend you to stop at tourist information once you arrived at Kawagoe station to know which bus to take around because they have A LOT and some bus can take you directly to the main street. Keep in mind of the bus time, they might be a few minutes late during traffic but if you miss the last one, you're stuck.
