Helpful and Friendly staff, especially the receptionist. She allowed me to check in early when i arrived at the hotel around 10:30am.

pool is small, no bar, only 4 subbed, room clean, bed comfortable. we spent nights there looking realy elite from outside. location is very good. price is affordable.

This hotel is one of the few hotels with high floors in Phuket Town, so it can see the entire city view of Phuket Town. Our flight arrived late, but the front desk was able to check in 24 hours a day, and when we asked for a separate single bed, the hotel front desk staff was happy to provide us with an extra bed in the early morning. The decoration of the hotel has a classic elegance. The facilities of this hotel are very sufficient. The swimming pool is almost empty, and the fitness room is super equipped. It feels like it has everything in the entire product catalog. Finally, the most important thing about this hotel is that it has an exclusive city free shuttle bus, which can get off directly at the hotel pick-up and drop-off area. One day when it rained heavily, I really felt the importance of this stop!
