A smaller hotel room, but very clean. The team are lovely and even gave a gift upon arrival! Everything is very accessible and simple.

great hotel and just a 5-7min walk from JR shimbashi station. they had a really great public spa/onsen that revitalizes your feet after all the walking. their breakfast spread was great. not much choices for the food but really great quality and taste.

Hotel is good nice, location is near shopping area, 5-10 minutes walk. Peaceful location and there is a nearby 7 eleven & family mart for sudden needs. recommended hotel.

nice modern hotel, right in the mix of Ginza, very pleasant

what you see is what you get. the photos accurately depict the hotel. rooms are small but we knew that and it's okay. we weren't in there all day. nice common area if you need to spread out. location is good. restaurants and cafes around. but quieter than the main street in ginza. which we didn't mind after 1.5 weeks in japan it was nice to be in a bit quieter area. 1 stop on the train to the busier Street, which is where we went in the evenings. but you could easily find evening restaurants in the area. clean and safe.

the view from the hotel lobby is fantastic. the rooms were plenty spacious compared to the many other hotels we stayed at during our travels, the staff was super professional, and the breakfast the following morning was great. very pleased with this hotel.

0323~0326 Check-in counter staff can communicate in English. The basement is a hot spring bath, which is very comfortable. After soaking, there are unlimited popsicles outside (Yakult in the morning and popsicles in the evening). 2130~2300 Free midnight snacks are provided in the restaurant on the second floor (the hotel's exquisite small bowls of ramen). The hotel is very close to Ginza on foot, and there are also Japan's three major convenience stores nearby. It is highly recommended.
