This hotel is in a great location, only 10 minutes walk from the city center. The room is spacious and bright, with modern facilities and cleanliness. The hotel service is thoughtful and friendly, and the front desk staff is enthusiastic and efficient. The swimming pool and gymnasium are fully equipped, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travel. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high and it is worth recommending.

The aquarium is quite big, the penguins walking are very cute, and the dolphin show is wonderful, but it is a pity that I missed the seal show because I misread the time. The show time should be based on the official website. The time posted on the glass wall is for reference only. If you purchase an additional 1,000 yuan cash voucher, you can only deduct it in the gift department.

Very good itinerary, the snow is very beautiful ~ The tour guide is very good, the departure time is on time, the play time is suitable, Mount Yotei is spectacular, and the bears are very cute!

Highly recommended tour. Akika-san was very friendly and knowledgeable about the tour sites. Tour itself was free and easy, and ideal for solo travelers as well.

Our tour guide was Sandy. She coordinated the pickup and tour well, ensuring the tour start and end on time. Would recommend signing up for the snowmobile ride so that you can see nice scenery along the ride.

Highly recommended winter experience, especially the snow mobile ride (additional 10K yen per pax). Buy food before the trip because the lunch was just a quick stopover at a konbini. Also, the bus leaves on time so don't be late.
