managers frank and mark really know how to treat and handle their guest's concerns well. I am very well pleased with their approach to guest. Club city room is very spacious. hotel elevator has direct access to dondonki at the basement. mtr is a bit walk. breakfast variety is vast however menu never changed, hope it they do different menu evert other day

The hotel has a good location. There is a traditional Hong Kong market downstairs from morning to night. There is also an Ice Room and Dai Pai Dong Cafe. There is also a delicious Mummy Egg Waffle in North Point near the MTR. I also discovered a Taiwanese restaurant and there is a Ding Ding Car next to the hotel. The North Point terminus is so convenient and saves you a lot of unnecessary walking.

It's very close to the subway station and there are even signs. The ice room next to it is delicious and there are many famous shops nearby.

the room is not so small. everyday the staff clean the room and ac is cold. location is walking distance to tst mtr and bus stop to or from airport. near kfc and 7/11. also, bank of china is in front where u can withdraw ur money in hkd without charge if gcash card is use

They always clean the room and change towels. They are near the MTR station. Plus you don’t have to worry about your luggage as you can leave it there before you check in and after check out.

New World Millenium Hong Kong Hotel was amazing and the checking in was smooth and fast. Staffs are helpful andfriendly as well. recommend to stay.

The hotel room is large and clean, bigger than expected. I had already celebrated my birthday with my friends at this hotel during the epidemic, and now I choose this hotel again for my boyfriend’s birthday. The experience was very good both times.

Great location, center of almost everything. The staffs are nice as well especially the housekeepers. There are struggles with language but you know that they’re really trying to communicate. They are also polite, I will definitely stay on this hotel again.
