Pleasant stay & perfect location which has convenient access to shopping mall right below. Hotel staff is very friendly & nice.

it's accessible, yet very peaceful once inside the hotel room. I arrived real early but I was accommodated an hour earlier of the usual 2 pm check in. everyone is very accommodating especially they knew I was a solo traveller. Ngurah, volunteered even in taking me to a store where I could buy souvenirs and instructed another to make sure I'm safely dropped off to hotel after.

Overall comfortable! The service staff is friendly! There are many restaurants in the surrounding area with a variety of choices ~ and it is very quiet and comfortable to sleep in!

The staff was very friendly and helped me with many things. The room facilities were fine, and I thought it was very good value for money considering the size. The location is right in front of the sea, across the road, so it's convenient to go anywhere. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a voucher for one free dinner. The breakfast was an old-fashioned buffet style, and I've had better breakfast in newer hotels.

The fried rice in room service tastes really good. The pool is really big. The bed is super comfortable 👍🏽
