It is very convenient to exchange tickets, just go to the counter and report the name of the person who made the reservation. It is a beautiful fjord trip, and free coffee is provided on the boat. It is also very delicious and highly recommended.

must do when in south island! Laura who is the crew on board with the captain was fantastic! super friendly and giving us nuggets of information while the cruise moves from point to point. highly recommend the earlier slots to skip the crowd too!

Seamless voucher activation and booking. There is PA system where the captain will share info about Milford Sound. Free coffee and tea available on board. We managed to see some seal resting on rocks

The small boat was not crowded and we get very close to the Waterfall. Hot drinks and cookies were provided. Was raining and make the waterfall running fast. A very awesome experience.
