Highly recommend this tour! We were going to do Ha Long Bay but reading how touristy and busy it is put us off. On this tour, we mostly had the waters and bay to ourselves and it was stunning. Our tour guides were great fun - Charlie and Tony 😄I’d choose Lan Ha Bay every day.

Supper great service! Amazing Ha Long bay. We bought 3 tickets and had lunch with the crew of 22 people. Food was okay. Luckily there were no Chinese on our boat. The trip was so relaxing. The Tour guide was also so nice. I would definitely use this service again.

The tour guide will contact you 1 day in advance to confirm on the pick up location and time. Our tour guide is Lee. He is humorous and helpful towards our family as my mum is not able to walk well, he is patience with her. Cruise service is top notch! Cabin is clean and the best is each room comes with bathtub and balcony that faces the sea. The food is very delicious and servings for the dinner is huge. The waiters will make sure that the buffet food is always top up, no reminders are needed. Activities wise I feel is okay, kayaking, swimming in the sea, exploring the cave, cooking class and taji in the morning. And we caught a squid! Overall we had a good time with Aspira!

Thanks to our nice and friendly tour guide Kevin (fake name :P) Hung (real name) for guiding us throughout the whole 2 day 1 night, we enjoyed the scenery during the cruise and activties. A few key item to take note: 1. Bring swimsuit or short pant as I might get wet during kayak session. 2. It need to take smaller boat for around 40min to reach the LA pandora cruise. 3. Wonderful tour of Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha. Peaceful, relaxing and accommodating. Food was delicious. Highly recommend if you want a more premium experience. Vinny is a great host. And Jasper provided excellent service. Was already near the port and so no transfer from Ha Noi was needed.

Fantastic trip - the most amazing suite on the ship. Service was impeccable, delicious food catering to our dietary requirements (no fish or seafood and gluten free hubby). Activities were fun and transfers clean and comfortable.

It was an enjoyable trip. Every thing was well organised. Staff trys to take care of everyone’s requirements, whether it’s food restrictions/ preference, birthday/ anniversary celebrations, accommodation types etc. they are very attentive. Guide Harry was very enthusiastic.

I was hesitant as I've read reviews about the cruise ships for Ha Long Bay are not up to par; so I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of our rooms, professionalism of the staff members, and the quality of the food. It was a great one night trip filled with beautiful sceneries and awesome excursions/activities. I especially appreciate how the captain or director made sure we were one of the first to arrive for the cave tour. it ensured that we were not too crowded.
