Things to do in Kamikochi

A very pleasant trip up the mountain alp during winter...claiming the ticket was super easy...would highly recommended to get your ticket through Klook...

Tickets also need to be reserved because there are two sections of cable cars, both of which require ticket verification (even when going down the mountain). It is very cold on the mountain, but there are abundant resources for restaurants and supplies. When the weather is good, It’s really beautiful. I recommend everyone to take a trip.

claiming of tickets at the counter was easy (use the qr code that was emailed). this place is worth the visit! not that many people. was able to enjoy the snow! the ropeway ride only lasts about 5-15 mins depending on which stop.

The top is so beautiful!!! The trees are covered in snow. It feels like Zao Monster, but with big pine trees. It's beautiful to take pictures. It's extremely cold, but it's worth coming here at least once.

Traveling by bus can simplify complicated transportation due to long distances. The beautiful scenery of Kamikochi is unforgettable. It is worthy of being a place where gods live.

It was my first time to participate in a one-day tour. Although the journey from Nagoya Station to Kamikochi was long, the beautiful scenery I saw when I arrived at Kamikochi made the fatigue of the long ride (personally uncomfortable) disappear. A good tour guide and group members will really add points to the trip. Kamikochi is really beautiful and you have 3.5 hours of free time. Next time, I will choose the bus to take a day trip to Kamikochi!
