The staff is friendly, we were upgraded to a larger room with a balcony, the room is clean, and the shower equipment is neat and new, we are happy to stay here. The breakfast is also delicious. Overall recommend.

The hotel is accesible and near the Sapa Center. Although the hotel's visual is quite average, rooms are clean, spacious, and cozy. No complaints with the room amenities. It even has a bed warmer 😀
