If you have hundreds or thousands star, i would give more. i feel like i don't wanna go home. The RuMa is like a home to me. Clean, calm, the interior is so my taste, the staff all are super nice friendly and kind, the check in check out process was so fast, clear, helpful and easy, the breakfast was good and me & husband doesn't want to leave it. Hehe. Thank you for everything. I will come again for sure 🙏🏻🥰

Good view, very good location. The hotel check-in is on time. There is a fitness room to play. Although it is an old hotel, the room is spacious, clean, and cool. The breakfast is delicious. The staff who take care of the entrance before going to eat breakfast provides good service, greets and smiles.

Kids friendly and amazing hotel. Love it! My kids are enjoy it every seconds. Strategic and KLCC is walking distance.

The hotel is very good in general. The only thing is the area could be jammed during peak hour so waiting for taxi could be long.
