I was told it would be delivered around 11:00 and would arrive between 8:00 and 10:00, but it arrived after 8:00! Since I made a reservation, all I had to do was say my name and sign, so it didn't take long, and I was able to play right away and do a lot of things, so I recommend it!

It is clean and comfortable. The food is neatly and deliciously prepared, and various drinks are prepared so that you can mix them to your taste. The location is also near the center of the duty-free zone, so it is easy to access.

It's very convenient. I use this service all the time. On the last day of the trip, I was able to travel comfortably without having to drag heavy luggage.

If you have a late flight on your last day, have too much luggage and don't want to drag it, or have left your luggage at a hotel or locker, you can choose this convenient service. Just leave your luggage at the hotel counter at the specified time and it will be sent directly to the airport! When I arrived at the designated location before check-in, I saw that the staff had already placed my luggage on a cart for easy pick-up. It was a very thoughtful service!

collecting of stroller was swift and straight forward. only part was when the staff was figuring out how to use the stroller but overall was good and stroller was in pristine condition.

I have ordered here several times, the admin's response is friendly and fast, it's really nice so I don't have to bring a big suitcase to the airport
