Our first day with guide Ry was good but subsequently when we were nearer to Can Tho we got transferred to a larger group with Anh under Sunrise Travel and the experience wasn't as great. His English could be improved and he spent a greater deal of attention and commentary in Vietnamese. The Cai Rang market was interesting and we even had to dash back into one of the floating shops to take cover from a short storm. That added to the experience.

My family of 8 just finished the Mekong tour. The activities were lots of fun and very well organized with excellent tour guide. Our tour guide is very knowledgable, able to communicate fluently in both English and Vietnamese. There were so many things including with this tour, the hotel is clean and comfortable with good free breakfast buffet. We were all surprised how well tour goes with such afforable pricing. We are very happy, and would recommend to friends and family who are interested in Mekong Delta tour.

This was a short tour, it did feel kind of rushed as you moved from place to place but there's a lot to do and you probably wouldn't want to spend too much time at each activity otherwise you'd just be hanging around. We think that it was highly organised; the tour was with one guide at the start then, we combined with another group to do the 2nd half. The companies seem to work together and cooperate to get the maximum group numbers. We did everything as per itinerary. The only complaint would be we had 2 king sized twin beds for 2 adults & 1 child when we specifically requested a separate bed for our child at booking AND had a Whatsapp conversation confirming this with someone from the company a day before so, we were down a pillow & towel. No one in the hotel spoke English so it was hard enough to get a pillow let alone a room with 3 beds. We also had no idea which hotel we were staying at until we arrived. It would be good if we could find out before the tour starts so we can download a map & research the area. It'd be good to receive a basic map outlining where to get food, market locations etc. We had to ask the guide. He was very busy as it was a combined group and a number of things we happening. Apart from those things, Klook describes the tour accurately. We had lots of fun, you do have to pay 10,000VND (70cAUD) to board a floating market home, that is in the tour description but nothing is said about needing to pay for that. If you don't pay, you sit on the boat for about 15 minutes waiting for the others to finish their tea& fruit. But for $300 for 3people, this was worth it. I'd recommend it and do it again. My 6y.o highlight was feeding crocodiles and frogs with a fishing pole, 70c. Mine was the floating markets.
