It was easy to locate the counter at Victoria Coach Station. The EvansEvans staff and guide were friendly and helpful. The guide gave very detailed tour instructions and informative commentary of the tour. Despite the threat of storm Darragh our tour went well and thoroughly enjoyed it.

The pier for the river cruise and the London eye are right next to each other. immediately after the cruise, I went to ride the London eye so it was very convenient. the cruise was very comfortable and on time, with interesting live commentary. view from the London eye is awesome.

It is very convenient to use. You can scan the code directly at the door. We didn't buy a queue jump ticket, so we queued for about ten minutes after scanning the ticket. The view is still great, with a great view of Big Ben and Westminster. Everyone was very happy at the highest point.
