Today’s team leader, Xiao Pan, although very young, gave detailed explanations and managed personnel and time appropriately, which was very good👍. In terms of itinerary, it would be better if the outlet can arrange 3 hours.

It was a little chaotic at pick up as there were many tour groups leaving from the same location (and more than 1 group leaving for Gogoday). Things were much smoother once we were on board the bus. Our guide Louis has been helpful. it was a shame we fell a little behind after missing the initial pirate ship ride and had to wait an hour for the next boat. The visit to the lake would have been beautiful if it was still bright, but by the time we arrived it was already dark and could not see the swans against the majestic Mount Fuji as backdrop. Overall a great day with great weather. Would recommend the itinerary! There’s a lot to see all packed in 1 day.

Jack was an amazing and humorous guide! He explained the itinerary well at every point possible and ensured everyone's well being. This tour is jampacked, allowing us to see various angles of Mt. Fuji. But for the same reason, it felt a bit rushed to appreciate the sceneries, take photos and look around. Nonetheless still satisfied with it overall. I'm also glad Jack was very efficient and considerate to arrange lunch and the pirate ship cruise (at your own expense which is expected). Highly recommend!
