the hotel is hughly recommended. it is located at a convenient location. the hotel service is very good and the amenties are fantastic. the hotel is very spacious. i highly recommend this hotel with family. will go again if we go to Tokyo again.

The reception staff are kind, and there is a luggage storage room where you can lock your luggage by yourself, so you don't have to bring a bunch of things when you go on other excursions during the day; there are enough supplies, and there are robes to wear. Right outside is the Limousine Bus Station, which is very convenient to and from Narita Airport. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to Shinjuku Station.

The staff truly went above and beyond with their hospitality – they were exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and always eager to assist. It’s rare to find such outstanding service, and it made my visit all the more enjoyable. The room was a typical Tokyo size – compact but well-designed and comfortable. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The location is unbeatable! Just a short walk to Shibuya Crossing and surrounded by fantastic dining and shopping options. There is a near Don Quijote shop which is 24hrs open. Shop till you drop! Plus, the bus station for the airport is just minutes away, which made my travel incredibly convenient. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Great stay and clean room! Not too small compare to other hotels and great location near to most stores.

Comfortable stay and very near train and bus station. Also nearest konbini is Lawson just after you go out of the hotel lobby. They allowed us late check-out as long as I sign-up for JR membership for free

the location is excellent, near both bus terminal and shinjuku station, the room is clean, will consider to book it again
