Blue pond was all covered by ice, nothing is blue there except for the icecream priced ¥600/cone. waterfall was pretty seeing from the bridge. Lunch was ok. Ningle Terrace was beautiful although snow were melting. It’s a pity that we can not visit the snowfield for snowmobile riding. I felf that we should’ve been given a chance to make snowman if we went to shikisai no oka though. As for the tour leader, he said he was very experienced. He has good English though. It was a very relax tour

Since the tour only allowed us to view the Christmas tree from the bus, I think it would be better to replace it with another tree spot, especially since there are so many famous trees in the area. Additionally, it would have been great to visit the zoo as we skipped the Chirstmas tree, since we paid for the experience based on the stated itinerary. While it was nice to arrive early and avoid the crowds from other tours, I do wish we had visited Ningle Terrace a bit later to enjoy the surroundings with the lights on. On a positive note, we were lucky enough to experience heavy snowfall throughout the day, even in early March. Catherine was very helpful and kind, and overall, the trip was definitely worth it. However, I would suggest reconsidering the itinerary to offer a better experience, perhaps by replacing the Christmas tree viewing from the bus with something else.

The tour guide was great. He was able to introduce the attractions in multiple languages including English, Chinese and even Japanese. This allowed everyone to know and understand the attractions. In addition, the tour guide also managed the time very well, allowing everyone to arrive at the attractions faster than the travel agency. There was no need to squeeze in with the crowds to take photos. This is highly recommended! I will attend again if I have the chance in the afternoon!
