very entertaining and knowledgeable guides! They are fun loving, humorous and try their best effort at service. loved how they introduced Thailand and also gave little tips and info. The last stop at the buffalo cafe was a bit lackluster though with little to see except buffalos and a beautiful pond and surroundings.

The tour guide is very nice and attentive to the smallest details. She did a great job during my experience with them. The driver is also a great person. I am proud of my experience with them and I wish them success.

It was my first time visiting Thailand and this tour was one of the most memorable moments that I had in Thai. A tour guide was very kind and explains very well about the history of palaces and temples. The only thing that bothers me was the hot weather. Besides of that, everything was great and thanks for giving me a memorable time.

We booked the tour the day before and loved the day trip. Despite the booking stating we were on the premium catamaran we actually joined a group on a speedboat but this wasn’t an issue. Our taxi was earlier than suggested meaning we cut our breakfast short but again not an issue. The minibus was limited on leg room but did the job fine. Sandy was our tour guide from Yacht Master and was very personable and informative. The islands were very busy but very enjoyable. Lunch was a buffet in a restaurant and had a good variety of foods. Monkey Island and Viking Caves were limited - we only saw 3 monkeys from our boat whilst other companies let passengers on the beach at their own risk. Viking Cave was disappointing and slightly unjustified being on the itinerary but suitable if that interests you. Overall we had a great time snorkelling and seeing all the must see parts. Great value for money and memories for a lifetime. The staff always make sure you have everything you need and offer to take pictures on your phone at every key time. Would 100% recommend! They picked us up from the hotel at 7 AM. Around 9 AM, we had our first stop for restroom breaks or to buy snacks and souvenirs. We arrived in Chiang Rai by 11 AM and visited the White Temple first, followed by a buffet lunch. By 1 PM, we headed to the Blue Temple. Afterwards, we spent about 20 minutes each at the Black Temple and Baan Museum. We left the city promptly at 3 PM and got back to our hotel by 6 PM. Bring sun screen it’s super hot there! wear dress and long pants also!

Before the activity booking day, the staff will call to confirm the trip in advance. The boat driver picked me up at the resort on time, took me snorkeling at many beautiful spots, and gave me good advice and helped me take pictures from underwater. This trip was worth it and very impressive.

Super experience! Guide Ratima Poompattanayota from Tripguru speaks excellent English. She had a bright smile and upbeat attitude all day long, and she was very proactive not only with sharing knowledge about the historical sites on the tour, but also with clearly communicating pickup instructions. She also went out of her way to point out which toilets would be the cleanest to use. Overall, I would highly recommend booking this tour because it was seemlessly professionally organized as well as enjoyable and informative.
