1. What are the Dine and Discover NSW vouchers?

Dine and Discover NSW is a new voucher program launched by the NSW Government to help NSW recover and bounce back from the crazy year that 2020 was by encouraging the community to get out and experience the best that NSW has to offer in dining and entertainment! This is also a great way for you to do your part and support local businesses that have not had the easiest time.
This is great news for NSW residents, as you could be eligible to get your hands on four $25 vouchers! Two of which you can spend dining out, and the other two for entertainment and recreation. They can both be used 7 days a week, including public holidays!
Klook is officially part of the Dine & Discover NSW Program and is a one-stop-shop where you can use your $25 Discover vouchers to book over 100 NSW activities and experiences online!
2. Who can apply for the Dine and Discover NSW vouchers?
As long as you are a NSW resident aged 18 and over, the vouchers are yours for the taking! They are $100 worth of vouchers (four $25 vouchers) that can be used at participating NSW businesses that are registered as COVID Safe.
3. When can you apply for the Dine and Discover NSW vouchers?

The Dine and Discover NSW voucher program went live on March 1 2021 and will be rolled out across the state. You can check if you can apply for the vouchers now by entering your address using this address check.
Note that all of the vouchers can be used 7 days a week including public holidays and will only be valid to 31 August 2021.
4. How do you apply for the Dine and Discover NSW vouchers?
You’ll need just two of the following:
- Two proof of identity documents such as an Australian driver licence, Medicare card, Australian passport (Important: the names must match on your documents)
- a mobile device (iOS or Android) to download the Service NSW app and use the vouchers
If you do not have a mobile device or email address, or you're unable to apply online, you can call 13 77 88 or visit a Service NSW Centre to apply for the vouchers.
Here is a step by step guide on how to get your Dine and Discover NSW Vouchers:
STEP 1 - Download the Service NSW app on your phone and login or sign up for a MyServiceNSW account - you must be a NSW resident, aged 18 years or older
STEP 2 - Select ‘Vouchers’ then ‘Check your address’. This will verify if the vouchers are now available in your area. If it is, you can then proceed to apply online.'
STEP 3 - You’ll be prompted to verify your details with two forms of ID and accept the T&Cs (If you are a NSW resident that's an international student or expat, you are also eligible for Dine and Discover NSW! However, if you don't quite have the IDs listed below, Service NSW will also accept the following additional IDs at any Service NSW centre - NSW photo card, utility bills, overseas passports, student IDs and credit cards)
STEP 4 - You’ll find the four $25 vouchers in two places - under the ‘Vouchers’ section of the Service NSW app, ready to use within an hour and also an email from Service NSW the vouchers attached, if you would prefer to download and print them

5. How do you use the Dine and Discover NSW vouchers?

Once you’ve completed the application, you’ll find the four $25 vouchers under the ‘Vouchers’ section of the Service NSW app within an hour if you’re successful! You'll also receive an email from Service NSW with the vouchers available to download and print.
- Log in to the Service NSW app on your mobile device
- Select ‘Vouchers’ and then select the valid voucher you wish to use
- Select 'Find a business' to choose a participating business
- Present the voucher QR code for the business to scan at payment
- Your device will show the voucher as being used
Dine NSW Vouchers can be used to dine in at a restaurant, café, bar, winery, pub or club.
Discover NSW Vouchers can be used for entertainment and recreation, including cultural institutions, live music, and arts venues.
6. Where can you spend the Dine NSW vouchers?
First, you need to work out if the particular establishment has been approved as a Dine & Discover business, which you can do via the Dine & Discover NSW business finder on the Service NSW website or app.
Then, head to the establishment and simply use the vouchers as you would with any other payment method and you have to redeem them in person. Bear in mind that you cannot spend both your $25 Dine vouchers on the same day (since the idea of the voucher is to get people out as often as possible).
Tip: if you don’t spend the full $25, the remaining amount will be forfeited so we say, order that extra side of chips and just fork out the rest yourself to make the most value out of them!

Q: Is it safe for me to go out?
A: COVID-safe businesses must follow public health orders. If you are going out, make sure you check-in to your location, maintain physical distancing from others and practise good hygiene.
Q: Do I need to apply for the vouchers by a particular date?
A: The program has now been extended to 30 June 2022.
Q: Can I use my vouchers anywhere?

Q: Can I get a refund on my booking on Klook when I use a voucher?
A: No, bookings made using the vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Q: I’m on an Activity page, how do I know if it’s eligible for the voucher?
- When you find an activity you would like to book, there will be a message at the top of the page saying this is part of Dine and Discover.
- When you scroll down the booking area, there will be a package option called “Dine & Discover NSW Eligible” (see image below). Just select this package, and choose the number of tickets you would like.
- Only 1 Adult ticket will be eligible for the $25 discount with the code. Please note that a maximum of 2 adults can be booked with this package, but you can book unlimited child tickets.
Q: Where can I find my Voucher code?
A: The voucher code is 9 Digits and can be found as both an attachment to your email from Service NSW, or also in the Service NSW App. The code appears underneath the QR Code. Please note this code will change in the app every 10 minutes, so be sure to enter the latest one on Klook.
Q: Where do I input the voucher code?
A: When you have selected the Dine and Discover package and the number of tickets you like, click “Book Now”. Login or Create an Account with Klook, then enter your details. You will see a box that says “Use Dine & Discover Code”, click this and enter the 9 Digit Code.
Q: My code isn’t working, what is the reason?
A: There are a few reasons why your code may not be working:
- You have already used this code on a previous purchase
- Your code has changed on the App. Please refresh the Voucher page on the App, as the code changes every 10 minutes for security reasons.
- If none of the above, please contact Service NSW on 13 77 88 from Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 7:00pm (Sydney time).
