We Had A Sneak Peek Of The ESCAPE CHALLENGE Park In Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya!

We've been jealous of Penang since the opening of the amazing ESCAPE Theme Park with the world's longest water slide, but fret not - the people of Klang Valley have our very own ESCAPE CHALLENGE Park now!

An ESCAPE CHALLENGE Indoor Park will be opening soon in Paradigm Mall, Petaling Jaya. The 35,000 square feet space will be an indoor version of the ESCAPE Theme Park, filled with activities that will get your adrenaline pumping such as rope courses, wall climbing, ziplines, and more! There's even a flying trapeze like the one in The Greatest Showman, how cool does that sound?

The indoor park is perfect for outings whether with family or friends, and you can opt for activities as per the level of difficulty you're comfortable with. Since the indoor park will be located in Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya, you'll be able to have fun whether in rain or shine (no need to worry about getting sunburnt or drenched!).

The Klook Team had the chance to have a sneak peek of the ESCAPE CHALLENGE Park before it officially opens to public! We love how the space is dotted with trees and greens, giving it a unique outdoorsy vibe although it's essentially located under indoor shade. It's also very airy and flooded with lots of natural sunlight.

Here are some of our favourite attractions in the space:

We're certain this huge, yellow, banana-looking slide is going to be one of the most popular attractions at the ESCAPE CHALLENGE Park! The signature slide releases riders from a near-vertical chute 14m above and will fill your heart with adrenaline. The slide curves upwards at the end and will send you airborne and onto a landing airbag!

Look up once you enter the ESCAPE CHALLENGE Park and you'll notice cute hanging bananas dotted across the rope courses in the space! Monkey Business is the largest attraction in the park, featuring 56 obstacles across 3 different levels for guests to climb and navigate. Obstacles include rope courses, ziplines, and a Tarzan's swing.

#KlookTip: Make sure you allocate enough time for your visit if you're planning to conquer the whole obstacle course - it can take up to 2 hours to go through everything.

This is bound to be another crowd favourite - the Slingshot is a reverse bungee where you'll be strapped onto tightened elastic cords before being 'slingshot' into the air. Our colleague was strung through a few backflips when he experienced this!

This attraction consists of a flying trapeze just like the one in the Greatest Showman! *gasps* Overcome your fear of heights under the support and guidance of professional staff who'll be there to help you throughout your experience.

Besides attractions for adults, ESCAPE CHALLENGE Park also has a variety of children-friendly installations for the little ones to have some fun! This includes Monkey School, a miniature version of Monkey Business for children aged 0-3 and 4-12.

We spent close to three hours at the ESCAPE CHALLENGE Park but hardly covered 50% of what the space has to offer! Some other attractions available include Gecko Tower (a 10m building wall that you can climb up!), Atan's Leap (a 20m platform for you to take a leap of faith), Zoom Bug (a track where you can ride and race on self-powered carts), and Jumping Jack (a giant trampoline where you can jump and try new flips and tricks!). We can't wait to head over again once the park opens to try out everything we missed out.
