A new home beyond the stars?
Is Mother Earth still a viable place for human beings to call home? We’re most likely on the cusp of another World War, gas prices are spiking up all over the globe, Will Smith slapped Chris Rock during the Oscars. So, probably not!
Some billionaires are even pondering leaving the planet for good and find greener, or rather redder, pastures on Mars. Even with all their money, there have been no developments there, but we at Klook have made travel to Mars possible!
The Great Mars Expedition
We are launching our first-ever trip to Mars to bring the joy of traveling back to the world (and beyond)! We’re actually going to be the first travel player to ever dabble in interplanetary travel and we’re opening up slots for the first 100,000 people to book an adventure to Mars!
Would-be cosmonauts who will be part of this maiden voyage will be treated to curated experiences on the planet, including an ATV ride around Mars’ dunes, hiking up towering red mountains, and even Martian sunset dining!
An Epic Cosmic Journey of a Lifetime
“Just how long does it take to travel to Mars from Earth?” Well. This trip will be quite the journey because it’ll take at least 9 months to a year to get to Mars. You will also live on the planet for 10 years before going back, if you choose to go back (but why would you). So, make sure to bring your family and friends with you so you won’t feel homesick.
You will ride Klook’s Supership, which was built with top-of-the-line materials that rival the spaceships of NASA. It’s the most powerful spaceship ever engineered and is capable of in-space refueling, so you don’t have to worry about being stuck on the way between the planets!
The vessel is also equipped with a powerful shield that withstands the sheer cold of the planet, so rest assured that temperatures will be moderated so that it’ll be warm enough that you won’t feel like freezing, and cold enough that you won’t perspire or feel drained because of any intense heat.
Klook Tip: Before going on this journey, you must procure a negative RT-PCR test taken no more than 72 hours before the flight. Make sure to purchase Space COVID-19 insurance so that any possible spread of COVID-19 during the spaceship ride can be accounted for and so that you can be treated immediately if ever you catch it mid-voyage. You should also wear a mask at all times, just in case. We don’t want to introduce a human plague to Martian soil, of course.
Living on Mars
All travelers will be transferred to the first commune for humans on Mars. Each person, family, or group will be given a blue house that will simulate life on Earth so you won’t feel like you’re out of place. For the first few years, you will feel like you’re still living on Earth, but as the days pass, Martian living conditions will slowly be introduced to the household to help ease you with acclimating to Mars’ climate.
Everyone will also be gifted a spacesuit equipped with BreatheFree technology for easy breathing, as well as devices we collectively call GraviTech, which can manipulate gravity to help you move around as if you’re back on our home planet (or not if you want to float around)!
We also have four joyful Martian activities to enrich your stay (with more to come soon!):
1. Sunset Dining
We’ve set up the first Martialin-starred restaurant on Mars with a wide array of different dishes from Earth’s numerous cultures and brand new concoctions inspired by the Red Planet, all of which you can enjoy while watching the sunset over the crimson horizon.
2. ATV Riding
We’ve got ATVs at the ready to help you traverse the scarlet sand-swept dunes of Mars! Experience the thrill of zooming around dusty canyons, dry lake beds, and craters that dot the landscape! You can even use it to explore areas outside the commune. Who knows? You might contribute to science with the things you discover!
Klook Tip: We haven’t encountered any Martian life forms for now, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t any! We recommend that you purchase our Extraterrestrial Encounter Insurance, in case the ones you discover are not particularly amiable.
3. Hiking
Mars has many crimson mountains and hill areas with varying levels of difficulty that will excite hikers and trekkers! You will be accompanied by guides who have explored some of these land masses, but it’ll mostly be an experience full of jaw-dropping surprises for both you and the guide because who knows what you’ll find while you hike?
4. Interplanetary Expeditions
There are about 2 trillion galaxies in the observable universe, so why not embark on our expeditions to Andromeda, the closest galaxy to the Milky Way? Not only will this be an exciting excursion into the unknown, it’s also going to help contribute to science because we get to help chart the galaxy as well as determine new destinations for space exploration!
Currently, you can pay for these four experiences in USD! Later on, we will introduce our very own Martian payment method called Cosmicurrency.
Space travelers keen to embark on this voyage of a lifetime can book this Klook exclusive for a life-changing and otherworldly experience!
