    In the unfortunate circumstance that you get robbed or drop your exchange order, here's what you need to know. You can easily get a refund if you lose your JR Pass or it gets stolen before you activate it. However, you'll have to provide proof through a police certificate or torn proof of your exchange order to our customer service team.
    But if your JR Pass has already been activated, you won't be able to get a refund or a replacement pass. 

    What happens if I need a JR Pass for more than 21 days?

    If you need a Japan Rail Pass for more than 21 days, you’d have to purchase another one. Depending on your itinerary, you can get a 7-day, 14-day, or another 21-day JR Pass with Klook.
