This day is all about indulgence, and we’ve curated the day to make sure it’ll be one for the gram - from drinking French champagne at Peterson House, tasting Swiss chocolate at Glandore Estate, feasting on an Italian long lunch at Two Fat Blokes, kicking back to some Spanish tunes at Irongate Estate and ending the day with some German beer at Ironbark Estate!

Stop 1 - French champagne at Peterson House
‘Life’s flat without bubbles’ - well said by the Peterson crew and we couldn’t agree more. Start the day strong with a champagne tasting from the finest in the Hunter Valley Winery region at Peterson House, which is situated by a stunning chapel and on picturesque grounds filled with blooming pink roses. Taste up to 7 glasses of different champagnes here while taking in unparalleled views of the lake.
Stop 2 - Swiss chocolate and wine pairing at Glandore Estate
Sweet tooths, rejoice! The second stop on this epic tour is a Swiss chocolate and wine pairing at Glandore, which has been awarded the 2020 Hunter Valley Cellar Door of the Year! This chocolate and wine pairing experience features four delectable truffles - raspberry, ginger spice, blueberry and lime coconut white chocolate, each to be eaten alongside a curated wine.

Stop 3 - Italian long lunch at Two Fat Blokes
The third stop on the ‘ Taste of Europe’ takes you to 'Italy' at Two Fat Blokes, where you’ll firstly be taken through a wine and cheese tasting that features cheeses all over the world (the Dairy Goat Fetta, Taleggio and Champagne Cheddar to name a few) , then feast on an Italian long lunch- authentic pizzas, pastas and salads all included!
Stop 4 - Spanish music at Iron Gate Estate
Get transported to Spain as you soak in some sun and Spanish tunes at the gorgeous Irongate Estate. A major highlight at Irongate is that it features uninterrupted views of the vineyards from its outdoor setting. Sip on your favourite vino as you are serenaded by the soft strums...ah, bliss!
Stop 5 - German beer at IronBark Hill Brewhouse
Last but not least, end the day as you watch the sun go down over the vineyards at IronBark Hill Brewhouse. You will be spoiled for choices here - from watermelon, black forest to hazelnut beers.
