    Love Island UK 2022 is back with a bunch of hot new singles. But the contestants such as Ekin-Su Culculglu, Davide Saclimenti, Gema Owen and Luca Bish, aren’t the only things new to Love Island UK 2022 - there’s a hot new villa as well! 
    The Love Island villa will be yet another iconic luxury hang-out where all the sizzling action unfolds as the islanders join the search for love and relationships are put to the test.

    1. Where is the main Love Island Villa?

    The main Love Island villa is located in the north-east of Mallorca, Spain near Sant Llorenc des Cardassar. Sant Llorenc des Cardassar is located in the east of the Spanish island, about a 55-minute drive from Palma, the capital of Majorca, to the west, and Alcudia to the north. Mallorca, often spelled as Majorca, is a charming part of Spain known for its stunning coastline, secluded coves, Spanish architecture, wineries and beautiful beaches.

    The main Love Island villa has received a major glow-up with lots of cool new features including a huge outdoor space with a gym area, 6-metre long infinity pool, a massive firepit and a dramatic runway. The dressing room has been decked out with makeup stations and luxury products, including Fenty Beauty and Benefit, as well as Dyson hairdryers.  There’s also a new vibrant pink bedroom where the couples sleep at night that has colorful lip art on the walls.

    2. Where is the Casa Amor villa?

    Casa Amor, which means Love House in Spanish, is the second Love Island villa. Famous for its twist or stick format, islanders are split off by boys and girls and sent to off to a different villa to meet another 6 singles. It’s the ultimate test to see if heads will be turned.
    The Casa Amor villa is located closer to the Levante Hills but is still very close to the main Love Island villa. There have been rumours that islanders were able to hear each other shouting during some of the challenges played during Casa Amor week.

    3. Where was Ekin-Su and Davide’s winery date filmed?

    In episode 25, enemies turned lovers Ekin-Su and Davide had a dreamy date at a vineyard where they went grape-stomping, drank some wine and shared a cheeky kiss. ITV producers have not yet revealed the location of their date but it’s highly likely that Ekin-Su and Davide were in Binissalem. 
    The name of this traditional rural Spanish town will ring a bell for Spanish wine enthusiasts, but if you haven’t heard of it before. Binissalem is a wine region in central Mallorca packed with gorgeous vineyards and bodegas. Binissalem red wines, made with the local grape Manto Negro, have grown in popularity over the last 20 years or so. The 15th-century Gothic church of Santa Maria de Robines is Binissalem's most iconic piece of historic architecture.

    4. Where is Love Island: Aftersun filmed? 

    Not only is are the filming locations of the Love Island villas new, the studio where Love Island: Aftersun is filmed is also brand new. Laura Whitmore will be hosting Love Island:Aftersun live at Elstree Studios, catching up with Islanders as they leave the Villa, getting the inside goss from family, friends and celebrity fans, plus sharing exclusive unseen footage. Elstree Studios is located 20 mins from Central London on Shenley Road. 

    5. Where was Love Island filmed in previous seasons?

    The first-ever season of Love Island which was filmed in 2005 named, Celebrity Love Island took place on Armstrong Island in Fiji. The production moved to Ses Salines, Spain in 2015 and 2016 then moved again to Mallorca from 2017 to now.
