And after more than a year of being closed, the beloved oceanarium is finally reopening with a new set of guidelines so you can safely enjoy your visit!

Note: In support of the community quarantine guidelines of the government, Manila Ocean Park will still be closed until further notice. For those who have already bought tickets on their website, you can choose to use your vouchers until two months after their reopening date.
Manila Ocean Park’s Safety Guidelines
In an effort to ensure the safety of its guests, Manila Ocean Park is introducing new health, safety, and cleanliness protocols to be observed by all park goers and staff. Here are the safety precautions all guests must follow:
- Manila Ocean Park will only grant entry to guests ages 16 to 65 years old. A valid ID with birthdate may be required upon entry.
- Upon arrival, guests must accomplish a Contact Tracing Form. For convenience, a digital form can be accessed by scanning a QR code using a mobile phone. Tablets and manual registration forms will also be available for guests without a phone.
- All guests must undergo a temperature check upon entry. Anyone found with a body temperature of 38˚C and higher will be denied entry.
- All guests are required to wear face masks and full face shields throughout their stay at the park. The removal of face masks and face shields will only be allowed during swimming activities and while eating and drinking inside restaurants.
- Guests must remain with their family or friends and keep a safe distance of one (1) meter from other guests. Physical distancing measures have also been put in place all around the park.
- Cashless payments are highly encouraged. You can pay at ticket windows, restaurants, and retail stores with debit cards, credit cards, Alipay, and Wechat. Cash transactions will still be accepted and cash trays will be provided. For your safety and convenience, pre-book your Manila Ocean Park tickets online through Klook.
- Guests are encouraged to frequently sanitize or wash their hands. There are a number of stations throughout the park offering free hand sanitizers to guests.
