This Muji Store In Telford Plaza, Hong Kong Is A Notch Above The Ones In Malaysia

Japanese home and lifestyle retailer Muji is loved for its aesthetically-pleasing stores filled with minimalistic items that makes you just want to grab and fill your home with. We stumbled upon news that Muji opened a new flagship store in Telford Plaza, Hong Kong this week - this new store spans over an area of 24,000sqft and is equipped with all ranges of Muji items including home, electronics, food, apparel, and cosmetics.

What Makes The Telford Plaza Store Special?

The interesting part of this Muji store is its focus on food. Besides the usual packaged goods that we can find at Muji stores in Malaysia, the store also sells groceries (even apples look extra #aesthetic when placed in a Muji setting) freshly-baked goods, has a Muji cafe and restaurant, as well as a brand-new coffee and tea bar!

The coffee bar concept will be the first of its kind in Muji Hong Kong, and it offers a wide-range of high-quality beverages. The coffee here are brewed with coffee beans from Roasters Alchemy, an artisanal cafe born in Hong Kong.

At the eateries here, you can enjoy desserts, fresh pastries, or even a full meal if you're feeling like it. Seasonal menus are rolled out according to the time of the year, so the items available at the moment consist of a range of refreshing summer delights!

Our favourite part of the new store is definitely the special "MUJI Yourself" embroidery station where customers can create their very own personalized Muji items! You can get iconic Hong Kong sights and food like cute taxis, double-decker buses, egg tarts, and dim sum embroidered on your Muji tote bags or other items - how cute does that sound? The next time you're in Hong Kong, be sure to pop by to create your own souvenir that will remind you of your trip to the vibrant city.
