    Instagrammable Places in Bangkok

    Apart from its incredible selection of food, and winding rows of cheap shopping options, Bangkok is also dotted with spectacular photo spots perfect for a quick OOTD (Outfit of The Day) photo op. But whether or not you’re fashion-forward and camera ready, you’re going to want to strike a pose at several of these locations – check them out!

    1. Jodd Fairs

    Jodd Fairs is the newest shopping district located between Central Rama 9 and Unilever House. You will get to shop for a plethora of things, from cute and trendy clothes to food trucks and drink stalls.

    2. Grand Palace

    If you could only visit one attraction in Bangkok – it’s got to be the Grand Palace. Taking a hint from the very name of the landmark, you can already assume that it is flamboyant and elaborate to the very last detail. With intricate details and a Midas touch – every corner of the Grand Palace offers a stunning backdrop for your OOTD.
    Note: Make sure to cover up before you enter the Grand Palace. If you are wearing a sleeveless top, at least bring with you a shawl or jacket. For bottoms, be sure to wear pants or a long skirt or else you will not be permitted to enter the grounds.

    3. Wat Pho

    Located just south of the Grand Palace, you’ll find the home of the famous Reclining Buddha. Of course, you can snap a pose right by this iconic statue, but the rest of the temple is also a sight for sore eyes! You’ll surely find yourself gravitating towards one of the intricately-tiled structures for an Instagram worthy photo!

    4. Wat Arun

    This temple is one that’s hard to miss. With a beautiful temple towering over the rest, it’s one attraction that’ll definitely pique your interest.

    If you’re hopping aboard the Chao Phraya Princess Cruise, you’ll see this gorgeous temple brightly lit from across the river.

    5. Boyy & Son Cafe

    One OOTD shot in Boyy & Son Cafe will have your followers thinking you’re somewhere in Los Angeles!

    The mid-century modern interior just screams LA – as it is a typical style you’d normally find in many of its cafes and restaurants. But interior aside, we also need to give it up for their delicious food and drink options!

    6. Erawan Museum

    Bangkok’s museums don’t get the same attention as its temples – and we think it’s such a shame! Most especially for museums such as the Erawan Museum which explodes with stunning interior and decor.
    Once you’ve stepped foot inside the grandiose location, you won’t be able to stop taking photos – so save some space on your phone!

    7. Ekkamai Neighbourhood

    Ekkamai is one of Bangkok’s up and coming neighborhoods, so you should definitely reserve a day to explore this side of the city. Throughout the streets of Ekkamai, you’ll find many cute cafes and eyegasmic wall murals to snap a photo in front of!

    8. Chang Chui Airplane Night Market

This creative market is home to many local art galleries you can choose from to take your photos, plus an old retired airplane right in the middle of it all!

    9. Na-Oh Bangkok

    Touted as Bangkok’s most exotic spot to check out, head to Na-Oh Bangkok in Chang Chui Night Market, an abandoned plane turned restaurant! Slay your photoshoots as you capture the interior of the aircraft, perfect if you’re going for bold statement shots or mysterious dark vibes. Their 5-course and 8-course menu is nothing run-off-the-mill and in sync with this Instagrammable hotspot as well.
