Korea's Popular Paris Baguette Bakery Set to Open First Halal Cafe in Malaysia!

Those who've travelled to South Korea may have come across Paris Baguette, a popular French-inspired bakery with over 4,000 cafes across the globe, including 3,400 in South Korea 🇰🇷✨ Despite having 'Paris' in its name, Paris Baguette is proudly South Korean, and has served fresh pastries, warm breads, and yummy cakes to bread lovers in Korea since the opening of its first branch in Seoul back in 1988.

Paris Baguette has since travelled a long way and was coined the No. 1 Bakery in Korea 2004, and has opened doors in countries such as the United States, Singapore, Vietnam, China, and France over the past few years. Just this week it was announced that the first Paris Baguette cafe will be coming to Malaysia by the end of the year!

Besides being able to indulge in their signature pastries, breads, and cakes, it was said that the Paris Baguette outlet in Malaysia will also introduce localized items inspired by Malaysian flavours, such as rendang sandwiches, and croissants filled with milo cream, bandung, and condensed milk!

Another extremely exciting piece of news is that the branch is set to be the first-ever halal-certified Paris Baguette in the world, along with the establishment of a manufacturing and distribution centre that will supply Paris Baguette items to outlets across Southeast Asia and the Middle East. This means that our fellow Muslim bread lovers will be able to enjoy Paris Baguette goodies in peace. 💖
