The 6.5-hectare park has designated picnic areas for the ultimate day out. Visitors can choose to enjoy their food at one of the three covered areas with tables and chairs or bring their own picnic blanket to soak in the sun. If you didn’t prepare your own picnic, no problem because there’s a kiosk that serves burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, and ice cream along with hot and cold bevvies.
Besides the zoo, the property is also home to Splash Park, where kids can play with squirters and fountains, while the Playground is equipped with climbing walls, swinging foxes, and swings.
There’s also a gift shop, where you can buy the perfect souvenir to remember your fun day at the park.

The park has dedicated disabled parking spaces near the entrance. There are wide gates, paved pathways, accessible amenities blocks, and new enclosures designed to be accessible. Since some of the paths are made of gravel, it’s best to have an able-bodied companion to help you through the park.
