We made an appointment to go up in the afternoon. Fortunately, we were able to go in even though we were a little late. There were a lot of tourists and they had to queue up to take photos at every corner. The most people taking photos was at the corner with the floor-to-ceiling glass at the entrance, which took a full hour.
