Chiang Kai-Shek Shihlin Residence Park hot springs

A great place to spend half a day (or less or longer depending on your pace) to relax away from the bustling city of Taipei or to re-energize after long full day tours. Easy to book through Klook and redeem tickets. We took without lunch and instead grabbed a burger at McDonald at the metro station Beitou before jumping on the free shuttle. The shuttle runs according to a schedule (see my picture or visit their website for latest info). It’s very easy to use! The hot springs are family friendly with a total of nine very different pools where two are specially suitable for kids. Our kids aged 4 and 5 loved it! Approximately 20 people all in all when we were there and easy to feel almost alone due to the large spaces and secluded areas. Showers, changing rooms and restrooms are separated men/women. As there are many pools you will find different temperatures and some with or without bubbles etc. Tye friendly staff have our kids some swimming toys to use which was much appreciated. Free water to drink. More experienced people brought bottles they filled up and carried around. You get everything in place except swimsuits so leave towels and swim shoes at home. A great place!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing session at this hotel style Sweet Me Hotspring. We walked in to redeem our entry at the hotel lobby counter and went to level 3 for the private room. Things were clean and they provided basic shower facility as well as 2 cans of Pocari sweat drinks and mineral water in the room. There were a hot and a cold shower tub to choose from. Overall the 90 min hotspring session was really enjoyable and we ate at the famous Moon Moon restaurant nearby after our session.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our hot spring experience at the Gaia Hotel. The amenities provided were excellent- snacks were provided, there was a common rest area, the private room was clean and comfortable, and the sulfur hot spring helped us feel very relaxed. The hotel was very beautiful and the afternoon tea was also so delicious it surpassed our expectations. We also appreciated the shuttle service back to the train station, which brought great convenience for us as it was raining after out hot spring experience. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended! Very value for money. Will be slightly cheaper if book through Klook. 3hrs use of hotspring in a private room on weekdays and 2hrs on weekends. Even comes with a comlimentary afternoon after.

Radium Kagaya Onsen in Beitou, Taipei, offers a luxurious and serene onsen experience. The facilities are pristine, featuring high-quality radium-rich water known for its therapeutic benefits. The service is good and the peaceful ambiance makes it a perfect escape for relaxation.

A hot spring hotel with a slightly quaint appearance. I chose to come here for a hot spring bath (not accommodation) on this vacation. Because I want to take my family to visit the geothermal valley and hot spring museum, I am looking for a suitable hot spring hotel along the Beitou River. This hotel does not seem to be the right one. The green sulfur spring in the Geothermal Valley is the white sulfur spring coming from Sulfur Creek, so it is less acidic. Advantages of our hotel: 1. High cost performance: you can rest for 3 hours at the same price, while other hotels only take about 90 minutes of bathing without rest. Space; parking space is convenient for many people to travel 2. Clean environment: Although the decoration is relatively simple, it is quite satisfactory overall, and it can be seen that the store has been carefully organized and cleaned. Small disadvantages 1. There is no ordinary tap water and hot water, which seems to be a problem for some Passengers with sensitive skin are troubled, and the tap water temperature is low. 2. I made a reservation at 16 o'clock, but it seems that the front desk mistakenly changed the reservation to 14 o'clock, and they also very considerately called me to ask if I wanted to take a bath. Although there was no actual impact, the staff's small mistake can be regarded as a fly in the ointment. 3. Because the total time is 3 hours and you will go in and out of the hot springs multiple times, and you also need to bathe and wipe your body, the towels provided by the hotel are a bit insufficient.

Huge and comfortable and have lockers. Women’s section have outdoor spring. however instructions only in mandarin, sauna and pool are really good. amenities provided too
