great view. may need to taxi if you have tons of luggage but its walkable through the 711/Family Mart stop in Jiufen Old Street from the bus. The view was immaculate and the breakfast was tasty. 10/10 would recommend.

You have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs yourself. It is recommended to take a taxi outside Ruifang Railway Station to the B&B. The driver will know a more convenient drop-off point.
